A Framework to support schools, local authorities and others across the education system to support educational recovery and increase progress in improving outcomes for children and young people impacted by poverty.
1. Where local authorities do not have cohorts of pupils in these quintiles, local measures or indicators of socio-economic deprivation can be utilised. We recognise that some local authorities are working collaboratively to explore what indicators might be most appropriate to their contexts.
