To be achieved from 2030:
Nitrogen dioxide
15% lower than 10 years before the current year if the AEI is <20 μg/m³ or 25% lower if the AEI is >20 μg/m³.
PM₂.₅
10% lower than 10 years before the current year if the AEA is <10 μg/m³ (or 8.5 μg/m³, whichever is lower), 15% lower if the AEI is <12 μg/m³ (or 9 μg/m³, whichever is lower) or 25% lower if the AEI is >12 μg/m³.
