Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme monthly management information: January 2026
This report presents management information for Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme to provide an indication of progress on a monthly basis.

Developer funded assessment and remediation
Persimmon Homes was the first developer in Scotland to sign the Developer Remediation Contract, which is an agreement to fund and complete essential cladding work in buildings they are responsible for.
As at 31 January 2026, five buildings were covered by the Developer Remediation Contract. A developer funded Single Building Assessment (SBA) had been completed for one building which is in Glasgow City.
The completed SBA identified recommendations for remediation work, and remediation work had started.
Information on progress being made in the other four buildings will be included in future releases.
