This report presents management information for Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme to provide an indication of progress on a monthly basis.

The Cladding Remediation Programme’s expenditure from financial year 2021/22 to 28 February 2026 was £17.1 million. This includes capital spend, waking watch costs and professional advice (both legal and accounting), but excludes general staff operating costs.
In January 2026, as part of the Spring Budget Revision, a further £15.4 million was transferred to Local Authorities in relation to expressions of interest made via the Single Open Call to support delivery of the Cladding Remediation Programme.
