Introduction

This guidance is intended to help applicants prepare and submit their applications to the the second round of the Recovery Fund - Residential Rehabilitation Rapid Capacity Programme (RRRCP 2) which is being delivered from 2022-23 and over the next three years.

The RRRCP relates to applications with the purpose of increasing capacity which require capital investment or high value revenue costs (>£250,000).
