Introduction

This guidance is intended to help applicants prepare and submit their applications to the Recovery Fund Residential Rehabilitation Rapid Capacity Programme (RRRCP) which is being delivered from 2021-22 and over the next five years.

The RRRCP relates to applications with the purpose of increasing capacity which require capital investment or high value revenue costs (>£250,000).

The document provides further information on:

This is a new programme being established for 2021-22 so the guidance will be subject to further development and refinement in the future.
