A Fairer Scotland Duty Assessment has been prepared in regard to the reduction in the working week for Agenda for Change staff in NHS Scotland as there has been a revision to existing policies.

Increase of Hourly Rates
From 1 April 2024, pay will be worked out with reference to the 37-hour rates. This will include unsocial hours enhancements and any other aspect of pay which is linked to hourly rates.
