We will:
- Lead by working well with others to make life better for the public. Change things to make it fair.
- Stop problems before they start. Work to make lives and places better.
- Build trust by being open and honest. Help people to speak up if something is wrong.
- Make sure people know they will be heard. We give and take feedback with respect. Help everyone to be a good leader.
- Encourage learning and try new things to make services better. Test, learn and change. We give our colleagues confidence and skills to change plans and help people.
- Lead by example. Show kindness. Try new things safely. Use public money well.
- We run our services well and are responsible for our decisions.
