As part of the on-going development of the PECOS P2P system, one major and two minor releases take place each year. Releases include new functionality as well as fixes/enhancements to existing functionality. These releases include the PECOS Gateway.
PECOS Gateway and PECOS P2P are the same system with the same functionality available. The main difference is how users access it. PECOS P2P is accessed via a url where a username and password is required each time a user wants to log on. PECOS Gateway is accessed by a cXML punch-out connection from either a finance system or another P2P enabled system.
