Who can apply

You can apply if you're a:

• third sector organisation (voluntary organisation or community group) where the board of trustees or management committee are predominantly volunteers
• public body or partnership where the lead partner is a third sector organisation

Your organisation does not need to be a registered charity but your constitution/set of rules should make clear that funds will only be spent on purposes established in the constitution, and not distributed amongst members.

You cannot apply:

• as an individual
• if your group does not have a constitution
• if you are a for-profit agency
