Overview
The ULA between Scottish Procurement and Oracle UK Limited expired on 8 April 2013. All organisations that participated in the ULA were included in an annual support agreement which commenced on 9 April 2013.
Please note that this agreement expired on 5 April 2021.
All support for these licences has now been transferred by Assignment to all the participating organisations with effect from 6 April 2021.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between UK Government and Oracle. This provides a number of benefits to all Scottish public sector bodies including cost savings; support options.
A new MoU is due to be signed in May 2021
