Information sharing

We've shared information and updates on this commitment in a number of different ways - some of these can be found below.

Use of online OGP Network Forum blog posts in preliminary stages to raise awareness of direction of travel of Commitment.

On-going email correspondence to the Collaborative Working Group partners to provide updates, invite contributions.  Phone call discussions and face-to-face meetings with core delivery team to maintain good communication, and conduct collaborative planning throughout.

Attendance / presentation at stakeholder events has also raised the profile and awareness of the OGP agenda and Commitment 4 ambitions e.g. Holyrood Events Ltd conference (16 Oct 2019), and Mackay Hannah Conference: The Role of Regulators in Scotland: Delivering Effective Accountability and Scrutiny for Public Services, Markets and Consumers (12 Sept 2019).

Final public engagement and YouGov survey reports published online and shared with CWG Partners:

These reports will also be circulated more widely across scrutiny and regulatory networks as appropriate, to disseminate findings and learning.
