The final progress report from the New Deal for Business Group setting out achievements and progress over the 18 months of the programme since the implementation plan was published.
Project Governance
Following the publication of the Implementation Plan the New Deal for Business Group continued to meet quarterly and its role was reprofiled from programme development to assurance. The Group offered advice, guidance and appropriate challenge to drive forward work on the priority recommendations, being delivered via the Subgroups. Reporting at each meeting focused on delivery of the six outcomes. A dashboard was developed to report on progress and the status of the outcome. A diagram of the Group and the Subgroups is set out at Annex 1.
