This scoring has been undertaken using the data and evidence available and gathered to date and within the timescale allowed. However, this is a preliminary and indicative assessment of the potential impacts and will be subject to further review and revision after the consultation has taken place and as part of the scheme design. Possible positive impacts have been identified for Age and Disability, but these would require further investigation and engagement.
