Mental Health law: forms
Forms recommended for use under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.
We are aware that some users are having difficulties with certain fields in the forms. This is causing problems when adding text in these fields. This may be due to Javascript not being enabled on your version of Adobe Acrobat. To fix this issue please consult your local system administrator or follow the steps below:
1: Open Adobe Acrobat Reader and select Edit then Preferences.
2. In the preferences dialog box, in the left pane select Javascript from the list then in the right hand pane tick the box to “Enable Acrobat Javascript.“ Click ok
3: Close down Acrobat, then, reopen the form, the fields should now be formatted correctly and you should now be able to add text.
