13. Communications and Partnership Working Framework

13.1. It is the responsibility of each party to effectively manage communications in relation to the devolved powers. However, SSWP and SM will strive to work together as much as possible so that on occasions when consistency of message is key, an aligned and coordinated approach is taken forward to protect customer service as well as both governments' reputation for accuracy and competency.

13.2. DWP and SG have entered into a Joint Framework on Communications and Partnership Working, which forms an associated Annex to this MoU as detailed in Annex A.
