Local air quality management: policy guidance

Guidance to help local authorities with their local air quality management (LAQM) duties under Part IV of the Environment Act 1995.


1 Separate policy guidance is issued in England and Wales, and in Northern Ireland (PG 22). The technical guidance that accompanies this guidance covers the whole of the UK (TG 22).
