This statistical publication presents the latest figures for the year ending March 2025-26 on new housebuilding and the Affordable Housing Supply Programme. The latest quarterly data and comparisons to the corresponding quarter the year before are also presented.
Rates of house building per population are published on a quarterly basis, which are presented by all sectors, private sector, as well as the social sector (local authority and housing association).
