12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing

The Green Freeports programme’s Annual Performance Review process commences in late 2025. Should impacts on children’s rights and wellbeing be identified by the Scottish Government during the annual review, those will be communicated to delivery partners, including the relevant local authorities.

The assessment will also be updated if there is a change to the policy or programme that could have an impact on children’s rights and wellbeing.
