The business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) for the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill.


8. Implementation and delivery plan

8.1. The version of BRIA has been published alongside the introduction of the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill to the Scottish Parliament which will now consider the proposals in detail.

8.2. Implementation of the proposals contained within the Bill, if enacted, will be taken forward in consultation with NRS.

Post-implementation review

8.3. If a Bill is enacted, such legislation would be reviewed within 10 years.
