An errata was published on 14/06/2022 as a result of changes to expenditure figures on pages 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10 of the PDF publication. Figures 3 and 4 have also been amended due to these changes. A typographical error was corrected on page 6. The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
