Information requested
"Disclosure of all documentation, submissions, and correspondence provided to you or you office for the purposes of your review,” specifically in relation to the Scottish Government’s (SG) consideration of Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT)’s request for support following the outcome of an Employment Tribunal and the associated financial pressures on the organisation. This includes “all communications between the responsible team and your office.”

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 30 (b) (i), 36 (1), 38 (1) (a) and 38 (1) (b) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption(s) applies are explained in the Annex to this letter.
