Under FOI, please provide copies of expense claims and all corresponding receipts for Neil Gray in 2026.

Response

Where claims are for motor milage no receipt is included, amount is based on distance travelled.

The amount claimed by Mr Gray in 2026 is published in the Ministerial Engagements, Travel and gifts report that is published on the Scottish Government website https://www.gov.scot/collections/ministerial engagements-travel-and-gifts/. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.
