Information requested
ALL emails sent to 'case-handlers with outstanding cases in August, in Lorna’s name, copied to the manager and DG office of each casehandler' and ALL RESPONSES received.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested. Please see Annex A and B.
An exemption under section(38(1) (b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This is applied to junior officials within the Civil Service.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
