I would like to know whether the Student Awards Agency Scotland has ever paid the standard undergraduate tuition fee rate for a Scottish-domiciled student (£1,820 per year) to a university or higher education institution located outside of Scotland, since 2008 or the earliest date that records remain for.

Response

No, the home tuition fee of £1,820 is not payable to any overseas institution.
