Response

A data report has been downloaded from the Scottish Government corporate ePC (electronic purchasing card) system and finance system filtered by supplier to identify spend.

There are records of spend with LinkedIn and Twitter/X however after further investigation the spend does not relate to subscriptions for LinkedIn Premium or X Premium. There is also nil spend shown for the other suppliers specified above.

I would also like to draw your attention to our regular published spend for transactions over £500 for electronic Purchasing Cards (ePC): Government spend over £500: monthly reports - gov.scot and also our monthly and annual reports of Scottish Government spend over £25,000 Government spend over £25,000: monthly and annual reports - gov.scot.
