You asked for the total number of farms in Ayrshire and a breakdown of the farm types. ie- beef/ dairy/ sheep/arable etc. And the total income from farming in Ayrshire.

2. Total Income from Farming in Ayrshire in 2016 was estimated at £40 million. The Total Income from Farming in Ayrshire for 2018 was estimated at £29 million.
