- How much money has it cost the Scottish Government to produce ALL of the advertisement to encourage individuals to become teachers in Scotland?
- Can I have this information divided up for each individual year over the last five years please?
- Can you tell me more specific costs for each type of advertisement - i.e. £X spent on TV adverts; £X spent on leaflets etc.
The links below will take you to the already published figures for marketing spend for each of the last three years (there were no relevant costs for the two years previous to this).
This includes costs for Teacher Recruitment related-activity, broken down by total cost, by marketing service (advertising, digital, partnerships, PR, etc) and then by media products (TV, radio, online, outdoor, press, cinema, etc).
Relevant costs in 2015-16 spreadsheets are labelled “Inspiring Teachers”. In 2016-17 and 2017-18 they are labelled “Teacher Recruitment”.
