Recommendations and Conclusion
Overall, the EQIA has identified no direct adverse impacts on protected characteristics. However, to ensure equitable access and maximise positive outcomes, the following proportionate measures are recommended:
- Ensure accessible delivery (virtual engagement, accessible materials)
- Target micro and small enterprises (proactive outreach and advisory support)
- Monitor participation and uptake (Geographic location, business size)
The assessment concludes there are no direct negative impacts. Impacts are primarily business-level and enabling in nature.
