The Strategic Framework for a Cyber Resilient Scotland (2025-2030) aims to enhance Scotland’s digital security and resilience. It focuses on raising awareness and mitigation of cyber risks , securing digital public services and ensuring effective national cyber incident response. The Framework emphasises collaboration across public, private, and third sectors, and includes action plans for each. Key enablers include knowledge of risks, tools and standards, learning and skills, incident management, and access to technical expertise. The Framework promotes embedding cyber resilience into operational governance and adopting a secure-by-design approach for future digital services.
