Laws about online harm and offences using technology

There are already lots of laws about online harm, including many laws about images of children.

Some of these laws are old and were written before technology changed.

We have not seen any problems using these laws to stop online harm.

But we know that these laws need to keep up with technology changes and how they affect victims.

We want to hear about any problems about laws and online harm.

3. Are there any changes needed to make the law better at protecting against online harm?
