Kevin Stewart is the Minister for Mental Wellbeing and Social Care in the Scottish Government.
He says he wants to make sure that more Changing Places Toilets are built across Scotland.
He feels that it is very important that everyone should be able to use toilets in public places no matter who they are.
He says that being able to use toilets in public places is a human right that everyone has.
He wants everyone to know how important Changing Places Toilets are.
He says everybody in Scotland has to work together to make sure people know how important Changing Places Toilets are and to make sure more are built.
