Step three – Consultation

This interim Island Community Impact Assessment report has been produced to help inform the formal consultation for the Strategy.

While we believe the Strategy, in and of itself, will not impact directly on islands communities, we have set out some potential areas of interest in this document. These areas show where future assessment of impact may be required during the development of any interventions resulting from the final Strategy priorities.

We are aware that there may be other impacts, either positive or negative, which have not been identified at this time. As such, we welcome information from representatives and individuals from island communities during the forthcoming consultation period.
