Crofting consultation and analysis: data protection impact assessment
A consultation on proposals for legislative reform of crofting law was held between 6 June and 2 September 2024. This data protection impact assessment (DPIA) covers the data protection issues relating to the consultation and the subsequent independent analysis report.

Respondents to the consultation are provided with advice and options in regard to data storage and usage.

No issues have yet been identified by the groups.
5.4 Method used to communicate the outcomes of the DPIA
The DPIA will be shared with the contractor and will be available on request to anyone who requests it. It will also be published on the Scottish Government website.
