Case types

In October 2020, most initiated and disposed cases were just below 2019-20 levels. 

  • All initiated case types presented are gradually returning to 2019-20 levels, with month to month variation. Family and Debt are higher than 2019-20 average monthly cases.
  • In October, all disposed case types presented had returned to 2019-20 levels, but Personal Injury disposals were lower than 2019-20 average levels.
