This report presents the findings from the analysis of responses to the consultation on the review of the Scottish Agricultural Wages Board (2015).

1. For clarity, as of at 1 October 2015 the minimum hourly rate for farm workers in the first 26 weeks of employment is £6.70. The minimum hourly rate for workers employed for more than 26 weeks by the same employer is £7.24. The Scottish Living Wage has been set at £7.85 per hour.

2. The dog allowance is payable when it is necessary for a worker to keep and feed a dog or dogs as part of their duties.
