Aberdeen City
Inchgarth Community Centre – Inchgarth Wellbeing Project: This project supports a range of people, including older adults with additional support needs and parents (often young mums, carers, or kinship carers). It provides a space where participants forge friendships, improve their mental health, reduce loneliness and social isolation, and build confidence and wellbeing. By removing barriers and fostering connection, the project significantly improves mental health. £14,764
Aberdeenshire
Aberdeen Street Art – Going Up Country: This project creates murals in and around Toll of Burness with input from local community groups. It uplifts community mental health and wellbeing through visual arts, while also improving the wellbeing of participants by enabling them to make a visible difference in their community. £9,961

Angus Voice and Forfar Grief Café – Forfar Grief Café: This project provides peer support services aligned with the values of Angus Voice. It runs monthly grief cafes with themed sessions, offering a supportive space for those experiencing loss. £3,000
Argyll & Bute
Multiple Sclerosis Centre – Tangles Talk Tai Chi and Tea: This project delivers a creative therapeutic mental wellbeing programme that combines tailored art therapy, guided relaxation and tai chi to support individuals and families affected by mental and physical health conditions. £9,936

Forth Valley Welcome – Snack & Chats, Outings and Events: This project encourages New Scots to engage with both their new community and existing communities. It builds confidence and empowers participants to navigate their new community, whilst creating positive memories that support long-term mental wellbeing. £6,637

A Listening Ear – ALE Befriending Services: This project delivers in-person befriending services to reduce loneliness and improve well-being. It includes one-to-one support,, home visits, group meet-ups, care home and hospital visits, and a 'No-One Dies Alone' service. £8,900

Parent to Parent – Potato Pie Hub: This project enhances carers’ knowledge and skills to improve mental wellbeing. It offers one-to-one support, group sessions, and workshops that reduce stress, build coping skills, and ease family pressures. £12,498
East Ayrshire
Ayrshire Deaf Club – Deaf Adults Social Nights: This project offers a variety of activities for deaf community members, including: youth clubs; pensioner lunches; football; monthly social events; BSL tuition; “voice off” sessions; and support with access to services such as education and healthcare. £5,000
East Dunbartonshire
Weekday Wow Factor – Wow Torrance!: This project promotes physical, mental, social and cognitive health through ‘pic n mix’ activities, such as: gentle exercise (Tai Chi led by an instructor), light lunches; games; music; dancing; and chatting. In summer it also offers mini-bus adventures. £2,000
East Lothian
West Barns Hall Club – Wee Bite and Blether: This project improves the mental and physical health of older people in West Barns and the surrounding area by encouraging mutual support and intergenerational. Opportunities include participating in: freshly made food; a quiz; indoor curling; bingo, crafts; and outings. £2,500
East Renfrewshire
Weigh in, Weigh Less: This weight loss and social group supports isolated individuals through: exercise; bingo; arts and crafts; and outings. £1,476
Edinburgh
Big Hearts Community Trust – 'Welcome Through Football': This project engages young adult (16-25) refugees through twice weekly football coaching, structured peer groups and one-to-one wrap around support, enabling inclusion and wellbeing. £12,360
Falkirk
Blossoms: This project provides a safe space for women to come together to talk about life challenges. It brings together women who have experienced similar challenges to support one another through peer-to-peer support. By exchanging experiences and coping mechanisms, the project encourages and empowers women to make informed choices and positive changes. As a result, participants experience improved mental health, increased confidence and enhanced self-esteem. £2,000
Fife
Victim Support Scotland – ASB Support Service: This project offers dedicated support to residents of Fife communities whose mental wellbeing is impacted by Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). It supports victims of ASB and hate-crimes, which are often interlinked. The service is open to all, with particular attention to groups at higher risk. £10,000
Glasgow City
Being Mixed: This project facilitates connection through sober gatherings, creative events, themed discussions and potlucks across Glasgow, creating safe and welcoming spaces where people can come together, feel comfortable, safe and seen. £10,479

Centred (Scotland) – Peer Leadership: Driving excellence in peer support: This project improves both Peer Supporters and community members mental health by building a peer support network through a ‘collective friendship’ approach. It strengthens capacity, skills, support and peer leadership. £49,849

Financial Fitness – CASH: Community Advice, Support and Help: This project improves financial wellbeing by offering support on financial needs, welfare benefit advice, money/debt advice and better-off-in-work advice – helping to reduce distress and mental ill health. £10,000

Food Facts Friends – The Wellbeing Hub: The project provides a safe place vulnerable and isolated individuals, engaging the wider community – many of whom have been impacted by the cost-of-living crisis and have a lived experience of poor mental health and wellbeing. £2,000
Moray
Dance North Scotland – SET (Sing, Exercise & Tea) Classes: This project delivers a bespoke programme tailored to the needs of isolated older people across Moray, promoting health and wellbeing through local activities in partnership with Health & Social Care Moray. £10,000
North Ayrshire and Arran
Drum 4UR Life: This community-led initiative uses drumming and spontaneous music-making to foster mental well-being and social connection. Inclusive drum circles offer a pressure-free space for creativity, personal growth, and identity-building. £19,040

MECOPP – Community Health Matters (CHM): This project supports the Gypsy Traveller (GT) community by promoting health improvements building resilience, and providing advocacy, signposting, and access to essential services. £20,000

Relationships Scotland Orkney – Intensive One to One Support: This project provides additional hours of one-to-one support to individuals, offering early intervention to prevent crisis and reduce reliance on clinical services. £6,900

The Lighthouse for Perth – Family approach to Suicide intervention & Prevention: This project delivers non-clinical crisis support to adults (16+) in a family-style environment. It focuses on suicide prevention through immediate intervention and ongoing mental health promotion, delivered by trained staff. £40,000

Barcraigs Open Water Swimmers: This project increases access to safe outdoor swimming for people of all abilities, promoting mental health and wellbeing through physical activity and connection with nature. £2,764
