12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing
The powers that are to be extended as part of this SSI have an associated ‘sunset clause’ which requires them to be reviewed and renewed (if appropriate) every five years. A further CRWIA will be completed when that review takes place in 2030.
