12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing
This SSI should not directly impact children’s rights and wellbeing. There are no currently plans to undertake a review of this CRWIA. However, if we are made aware of any potential areas impacting children’s rights through implementation, we will ensure that is considered against the UNCRC requirements. This is not anticipated due to the nature of these regulations.
