This page contains cereal usage (disposal) estimates for barley, wheat and oats in Scotland. Data cover the usage or onwards sales of cereal crops at farm gate. This is an annually updated timeseries providing estimates for the previous crop year production. Data on usage (disposals) are estimated from returns to the Cereal Production and Disposal Survey (CPDS). This survey provides final estimates of cereal harvest results and data for previous years can be found as part of the main Cereal and oilseed rape harvest: final estimates releases at Cereal harvest: estimates - gov.scot.
