6. What changes (if any) have been made to the proposal as a result of this assessment?

No specific changes have been required as a result of this assessment. Stakeholders have been broadly supportive of the policy and no negative impacts on children’s rights and wellbeing have been identified which would require a reversal of the policy or a change in approach. We will continue to monitor the impact of the policy package set out in the plan on children’s rights and wellbeing.
