Business Insights and Conditions in Scotland (wave 147): 15 January 2026

Business Insights and Conditions Survey (BICS) weighted Scotland data up to survey period 15 December to 28 December 2025 (Wave 147). The BICS provides statistics on how current conditions are affecting businesses in Scotland, including impact on financial performance, workforce, trade and resilience.


Supply Chain Concern

In the period 15 December to 28 December 2025 (Wave 147), the BICS asked businesses about supply chain concerns over the next 12 months. An estimated 30.2% of businesses had some form of concern about their supply chains.
