Online Sales

In the period 18 August to 31 August 2025 (Wave 139), businesses were asked a range of new questions on business operations, market positioning and technology; including online sales.

Figure 5: Around 3 out of 10 (29.6%) businesses reported that they conduct online sales, rising to 81.5% of businesses in the Arts, Entertainment & Recreation sector.
