This framework agreement is for the provision of banking services for the central government sector.
What is in scope
The framework supplier will provide comprehensive local banking services including but not limited to:
- current accounts
- deposit accounts
- Project Bank Accounts
- foreign currency accounts
- electronic and internet banking
- faster payments
- cheques and digital imaging
- Treasury management
- debit cards
- virtual bank accounts
- bulk cash processing deposits and withdrawals
What is out of scope
The framework does not cover:
- merchant acquiring services
- credit cards/e-procurement cards

Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the framework agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so.

The framework offers savings realised through centralised expenditure and enhanced commercial banking rates.
