We're inviting expressions of interest from children's solicitors to support children during police and social work investigative interviews into serious harmful behaviour.
How to apply
Epressions of interest close at 12 noon on Friday 11 September 2026. We cannot accept late applications.
You must use the application form to submit your expression of interest. We will not accept applications in any other format.
Word limits
The template has word limits to help you. They show you how much information we're looking for in each answer.
Try to answer each question within the word count. This helps us assess a similar amount of information for every application.
Other Scottish Government funding
The application form has space for you to tell us about any other Scottish Government funding your firm receives. We'll assess each application on its own merits, taking into account the wider requirements of the Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Act 2019.
