First Homes Fund
The First Homes Fund will be open for applications before the end of June 2026, when full guidance and support will also be available.
The scheme will provide first-time buyers with an equity contribution of up to £10,000 to buy a home with a value of up to £300,000.

The First Home Fund, which ran from December 2019 until March 2022, is now closed.
The Low-cost Initiative for First Time Buyers (LIFT) continues to be available to support prospective buyers on low to moderate incomes through a shared equity scheme.
