Regulation of Heat in Existing Non-Domestic Buildings Working Group
Overview
Scotland has a challenging target of zero-emissions heating and cooling in all buildings by 2045. The Scottish Government aims to introduce regulations for existing non-domestic buildings in 2025. This working group will advise on regulations as they are developed through public consultation. It will provide a final recommendations report in autumn 2022.
The Working Group is administered by the Heat in Buildings Regulation Unit as part of the Energy and Climate Change Directorate.
