Procurement: Collaborative Leads Group
Overview
This forum is a subgroup of the Public Procurement Group (PPG).
Its purpose is to:
- identify and progress collaborative category arrangements. Eliminate barriers to opportunities and whilst developing a landscape to maximise collaboration and share best practice
- analyse data on current collaborative category procurements and identifying new opportunities. Record, share and promote analysis to enhance collaboration
- drive engagement and compliance providing consistent support and guidance to build capability and grow knowledge through collaboration
