Analysis of responses to the public consultation and in person engagement on the right to breaks and timescales for support plans for unpaid carers.
Findings
The Scottish Government would like to share sincere thanks to all unpaid carers, past and present, and cared-for people who took the time to share their views in this consultation, as well as the people who supported them to do so. Likewise, we are grateful to the staff who submitted organisational responses and for your interest in ensuring carers are supported to live well and look after themselves as well as their friends and loved ones.

The responses to the consultation have been analysed in this paper and will be discussed with the Right to Breaks Steering Group to help inform the draft regulations and associated guidance.
