Update on the EHRC Code of Practice

The Unit Head for the Equalities Division provided an update on the final stages of the scrutiny process of the EHRC Code of Practice.

It was confirmed that the scrutiny process concludes on the 9 July with a commencement order proposed to take place before UK Parliamentary recess.

The commencement order would revoke the 2011 guidance and confirm the new statutory guidance.
