UK Cetacean Conservation Strategy: child rights and wellbeing impact assessment
Child rights and wellbeing impact assessment for the UK Cetacean Conservation Strategy.
Post Assessment Review and sign-off
12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing
As potential actions from the Strategy are taken forward to implementation, this CRWIA document will be reviewed to help ensure there are not unintended negative consequences on the rights and wellbeing of children. If impacts are found, these would be assessed and appropriate mitigation measures would be implemented. However, due to the nature of the Strategy and its focus on cetaceans, it is not anticipated that any impacts on children and young people will emerge.
